5 Steps To Your Dream Deck
Step 1. Reach Out To Us
Fill out our form and describe your vision for your deck construction or renovation the best you can. Attach some pictures so we can see your backyard as you see it and start planning for your project.
Step 2. Consultation Phase
We’ll get back to you with a phone call within 24 hours. We’ll discuss your project further and dive into your ideas, budget, and expected timeline. If it makes sense to move forward, we will schedule an on-site consultation.
During the on-site consultation, we’ll be able to give you an exact estimate for your project and take some measurements of your space.
The on-site consultation is a $245 investment that will be included in the final price of your project should you decide to work together.
Step 3. Contract Signing & Scheduling Your Project
We discuss more technical aspects like budget, timeline, materials, and plan the whole project. When we’re on the same page, we review the contract together to ensure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with every detail.
After we sign the contract, we will collect a 50% deposit to officially get started on your project.
Once the planning is solidified, we’ll schedule your project start date.
Step 4. The Transformation Begins
This is where the magic happens!
In the morning, we’ll tell you when we have arrived. In the afternoon, we’ll send you a picture of the clean job site we leave each day and any changes regarding materials.
When the project is complete, we make sure to clean up your backyard and upgraded deck so you can jump right into enjoying your new space.
Next, we’ll do a post-job walkthrough to ensure everything is how you envisioned it. If anything about your deck needs perfecting, we will take care of it during this time.
Step 5. Love Your New Space
When everything is to your liking, we’ll get out of your way and let you enjoy your brand new deck. Call some friends, host a barbecue, and enjoy all the benefits your new space has to offer.
Warranty & Follow-Up
We offer a twenty- five year craftsmanship and manufacturer warranty for both structure and other associated materials. So in case you run into issues, just give us a call, and we’ll be there for you.
Additionally, we will follow-up with you after 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and 11 months. Even though the project is done, we are here to make sure you continue to love your new deck.
